bike all sorted!!!
Turns out the front cylinder was flooded with water which had caused the spark plug to break down!! Noise all gone now and the bikes running fine, i was told 5500rpm max for the first 600miles, and compared to my last bike (yamaha szr660 tuned with straight through pipe) its bloody quiet!! i used to find my old sv made all sorts of noises but there was nothing wrong with it the best cure i found was a pair of ear plugs
