If an SV650 has a flat tyre in the forest and no-one is there to blow it up, how long will it be 'til someone posts that the reg/rec is duff and the world will end unless a CBR unit is fitted? A little bit of knowledge = a dangerous thing.

nah BLUE is the way to go.

Dont worry too much mate, i brought mine home in a Blizzard. Its ok as long as the roads are gritted and you can wipe the snow from your visor. Take it easy around the side roads tho - theyre the worst

Mark good choice of bike but you shouldnt have got black!!!

apparently the black bike is about 11 mph slower, this is supposedly due to the black paint absorbing more light and making the bike substantially heavier.

it is widely know that the blue bike reflects light better than any other colour !!!!! this makes them lighter and as everyone knows

blue is the best and fastest colour !!!!

Yeah, black seems to be okay on a bike. Even though it is a pain in the a**e on a car! (see topic 'Black paint'!)
Whatever, the SV works well in black. Enjoy.
