I have an 04 sv650s I have a yoshimura race exhaust and a dynojet power commander, anyone know of anything else I can get for it that will give it better performance?

I'm going to channel The Collected Wisdom of SV Rider for a moment here and say cams and busa pistons with either a skimmed head or layers taken out of the gasket. Maybe a little head work, but nothing massive or expensive.
You don't have the cheap power options that the carbed bike has, you'd probably get a bit of a boost from a carbed model intake cam in the exhaust side but I wouldn't like to speak for how much, or at what cost otherwise. Megacycle, Yoshi and JHS all do cam options that might suit. You could go with a capacity rise, but that's pricey to do right and potentially risky. Or likewise, high comp (13.5:1 or 13:1) pistons but nobody seems to rate that option- most of the People Who Know would recommend the lighter Busa pistons and a small compression hike over any of those options. But then, it seems a lot of people dismiss the 13:1 out of hand, I've yet to find anyone who's tried it. Looks a good option from the JHS website but a lot of people would say it's too much. Other than the cheap cam swap I've not done any of this, so understand I'm not making recommendations, just making suggestions.

I wouldn't bother messing around with the engine - it'll just make it unsellable - stick to stuff that can be easily reverted to stock (exhaust, filter, powercommander). Ride it for what it is - a good handling small v-twin, if you're after lots more power maybe it's time for a bigger bike?
