I intend to run an HPI check as a matter of course.
This is the situation. The guy owns a SV1000 and bought a K4 for his fiance. She did here test and then rode it about thirty miles and hated it. I suspect that the guy took it out once for a longish spin and that's it. I've spoken to both of them on the phone and they seem totally genuine. It doesn't look half as dodgy as the ad I saw for a mint 2004 R1 for £1.5k

We had a genuine low milage hornet go in the office for a grand. Wasn't into bikes back then... DOH!
