Having seen one of these in the flesh, I'll have to eat my words re: not wanting one. Very tasty indeed. I actually walked past it, mistaking it for and old gixxer till I noticed the pillion seat.
Very nice looking bike, just needs some mesh over the vents in the fairing. A colleague is looking at getting one as a first bike. Other options include: Some 900cc Triumph retro thing, Daytona 650 or an SV650. He was looking at supersports 600s, but a go on a mate's GSXR600 made him realise maybe that was a 'bit much' as a first bike, to quote, 'I really thought I was going to kill myself...'
