Very neat - but will need more pics - diagrams, drawings, instructions etc ....

EDIT - yup - went here - http://www.sv650.tk/ and saw it all - not keen on hacksawing the old bits off though so may give that one a miss for the time being - nice site though - very useful

I did the Suzuki/TCP undertray- it's lovely, and also totally legal unlike (afaik) all of the other undertrays for the SV. Not quite as nice looking as many of the others, mind, the underside's a bit lumpy. But you don't need to chop up your existing undertray, you keep a proper storage area, and they're colourmatched out of the box for about the same as a basecoated equivalent from the competition.

I've done it. I must say I was more than a little bit worried as I started to saw but it ended up as no biggy. I still think it looks better than any of the undertrays I've seen

Two things that should be remembered for legality are the requirement for a red reflector & the number plate lights should not show any white light to the rear.
