You don't even need to roll it forward. Stand next to the side stand and pull up and back on the grab rail. You should be able to lift up the back wheel fairly easily and kick the wheel round with your foot. Take it out of gear first though!

Default Thanks for the advice....

Ta for all the advice..

The scratches are not engraved into the frame more just a nuisance to look at. A spray would defo cover them. How much do you think it would cost?
