According to the North Wales Police you're a disgusting renegade and should be locked up for a long, long time.
LOL - they're right, I am and I probably should be.
They have some great roads and midweek there's hardly anyone on them, shame the summer holidays are fast approaching - the North Wales roads will be a no go zone when the schools break up.

I just hope this rain today clears up, I don't believe the weather men.
If your bike is already at the dealer and you've paid/are paying by finance get down there and ask for your manuals/documents now, you can read up on pre ride checks (tyres, oil levels etc) and do the checks yourself before you take the bike out - the first time you pull off is probably the most important and it would be easy to assume the dealer checked everything for you.
I'm not sure any dealer would be any better than Marriotts, they sell lots of different bikes and my precious SV is just another sale to them.

You also don't have to worry about carrying your documents around on your first ride, I didn't go home for 5 hours.

The weather is going uphill from today on - big high pressure coming in through next week

Thanks mate, will probably take you up on that after I've covered my first service milage, happier on my own whilst I'm restricted to 5000rpm (and learning my roadcraft as I'm a relativly new rider)
If thats ok with you?

Good luck with the running in iv had mine since last Sat and done the first 500, kept to below 6000 rpm ( mostly )

I will try keeping it below 7000 for the next couple of hundred, but its just so hard to keep it down when that Pop pop pop brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrm gets going

It wouldn't surprise me if a huge number were, but I ought to just point out that my dealers (Crescent) were pretty spot on. When my insurance docs didn't arrive in time they delivered it the 40 miles for free the next day.
The bike was also exactly as it should be, including tyre pressures.
