id be prettty worried about it melting my tyre.

Yes it is, although it doesn't exit directly onto the tyre but rather to one side, IIRC.

Those things sound awesome with a race can, the one I took for a test ride (CityX) was banging and popping all over the place, it was only when I mentioned it that I was told that it had a race system on.

If they make something very much like a City X with a gearbox and clutch that aren't just rotten, it'd be in with a shout for my next bike. Just so different from the rest of the pack...

I like the look of the City X, but that looks like someone has repaired a crashed one with some bits from a BMW 1200GS. Not very pretty.
