I read this in MCN too and it is all the verbal spouting of a Biker Hating toff in the House of lords. Who is annoyed by moto crossers driving on a bit of his estate.
MCN are always publishing scare stories like this to make bikers think they are heading a campaigning role. And so they can get get a campaign going to "get" this particular Lord and embarrass him I think the likelihood of legislation like this getting through is negledgeable. |
