I've got Renthals on mine but I've disacarded bar end weights altogether. My main bike vibrates so badly that the SV without the weights is bliss!

I've got Renthalls too and no end weights. The renthalls have more flex than standard steel bars which I like.It probably irons out a lot of the vibes as well.

Well I got the bar ends this morning and they are very nice, but far to light.
The original bar end weights are 250g, and these are only 50g!
so I'm sending them back.

So heavy bar ends suppossed to help alot? I got rid of mine, they were rusted and looked awful for some crash ones that came with my main bungs and paddock stand bobbins.

Oh anyone know if you can put fork bobbins on the sv?

Personally I don't notice any difference at all in vibes or handling whether I've got the stock ones, the R&G ones (lighter), the DHB ones (very light) or none at all. At the moment I've got a right bar end but no left one as it sacrificed itself for the good of the bike a few weeks back, doesn't cause any problems at all. The GSXR bars weigh only about 2/3 as much as the stock ones too.
