And how many people know about the different speed limits for different vehicle classes

HGV, Single carriageway 40 mph whatever the posted limit is
Dual Carriageway, 50mph

Motorways 60MPH but as trucks are limited to 56 that one is irrelevant except downhill

Near the sheffield Wednedsday football stadium at hillsborough, there is a massive dual carriageway which is the main arterial road to the town centre. It is penistone road A61, it is 2 or three wide lanes all along it's length, and it is 30mph. My brother once got a ticket for speeding on the way to his milk round at 4.55am for doing 40mph, how petty is that.

And those that slow for a speed camera even when aready under the limit - causes many a near rear-end shunt.
A lot of people are unsure of the limit and almost emergency stop on NSL roads (even dual carriageways) to 40 when they see a camera. Another 'fringe benefit' of our ludicrous speed limits that mean it's seldom obvious what the limit actually is (as opposed to 'should be').
