i was told by the chap at pitstop cycles in southend that beowulf actually produce the cans for ccc. just put a different badge on them. so should sound the same.

Beowulf neither make ART or CCC - Andy Little who owns Beowulf also owns a company called AL Metal that used to supply ART with end caps and straps whilst ART supplied Beowulf with sleeves etc..

Now ART have gone but in all fairness the majority of riveted cans like ART , Beowulf, CCC, etc all buy most of the bits to make them up from the same places and they just rivet them together making them all pretty much the same. In the UK in fact only Wolf (me), Micron and Blue Flame (oh and Scorpion but they get everything made cheap in Czec now) make their own parts and even then 3 of the 4 buy things like straps from AL.
