Unsure tbh. I quite like the look of the stock can compared with most replacements which are somewhat ordinary looking IMO*, and I hate the Akrapovic twin shotgun system. Apparently there's also a lot of lean running problems with systems such as the Remus and power gains are dubious*. Having said that the BOS system doesnt seem to cause running lean and I cant see why.
**uninspiring looks and no negligible gain for lots of cash? It looks like you need full system plus powercommander to get anywhere and then we are talking lots of money.

Also tbh it sounds not bad as it is. I'm mostly happy with all other aspects of the bike, except the looks needed a tweak

17inch wheels has gotta be your next step. Supermoto that GS...

Seen it done looks great in a weird kinda way...

Having said that, it certainly wasn't cheep and I can't remember which other BMW wheels match up...

Yes it needs the wheels off an ST, some sticky rubber, a BOS exhaust, and some serious cam/head work by one of the German tuning firms. Then, in a real world situation, it'd be almost unbeatable . Won't come cheap though.

You can get all kinds of cams, bits and things* now.....and wavy discs

*this is why I stick to the outside and dont fiddle with the inside
