It just cracks me up to think that anyone would spray cold water onto a hot light.


whoops bet you wont do that again. Next time once you come in get a brew to warm you up/let bike cool before you put it away. Cleaning is for admin types.

Modern day cars shouldn't have a problem with "very warm" water. If I'm in the cage and it's frosty, I take out 2 jugs of hot tap water and tip it over the screen. No problems here. I don't think that I would try "boiling" water though...

ive never actually thought about this before. ive washed my bike after a long ride many o times with cold water.

but not vice verca.
