Can the People from Down London way put up with a Northerner for a few Weeks... As from Sunday... 15/01/06 till 24/02/06..

Just been put on a course for 6 weeks.. in a place called " Chatham "
I belive the location of this place is in a county of Kent.

So ... I may have to venture off into the unknown for a few weeks but If I get time I'll frequent this site and see if I can see any Souther'ner in their nartural habbitat....

I'll keep all Us lot posted on thing's like Jellied eils, and stuff...
can't wait to meet Sharon and Peggy and may be have a pint or a half in the famous Queen Vic..
I'll Send my deepest regreats to Sharon on her breavement, Dennis was after all her love and I think she need's some Norther'n lovin...UKWIM

Richie, your a few miles off mate. I've got family in Chatham (well actually it's the wifes family, don't want people getting the wrong idea about me ) anyway, it's a quite a bit Sarf of London, you'll be in the "Medway towns", south of the river (Medway).

I thought the barracks were in Gillingham, and the dockyard (now gone) was in Chatham... There's also an army place over at Chattenden as well.

remember missionary work has always been a thankless task, take the word south and good luck, be careful i here that te savages down there are likely to ply you with latte and ciabatta if things turn bad..................
