big ape....yep understand this. will check at weekend. noticed me rear pads are well down/borderline so will change them at same time.

Yep.One of those great design features----Brake pins that don't come out so you can't change the pads.Mad.

You can still change the pads, kjust that you have to split the caliper.

Give the nipple a good sharp tap on the end wiv a big 'ammer.

Often gets it moving, make sure you have a good fitting six point socket or spanner.

biker biggles...i stand corrected mate. there are two nipples on rear brake caliper as my neighbour found out after me searching for five mins, standing up with a chuffed expression as i stated " aha two nipples, i have two nipples". she scuttled off smiling as i stood there in my t-shirt in this cold weather. game on.

no not yet bro, need more time like weekend (hopefully not all of it). everything given a dab of wd40 for now, let it work its way in. hopefully may help. now have small flame thrower just in case have a megatub of copper slip for pad pins etc etc.
