Well I thought it was funny, so I guess Mr Owen is the one without a sense of humour.

Guy, on this forum we all open ourselves up for ridicule, especially if you're a regular contributor (as you have become). I'm just a little upset that I didn't think of such a witty reposte so quickly

And if yo were ever to meet the Squidster, I'm sure that the one thing you'd realise he's not, is a d*ckhead. A cad maybe.....

This thread is a typical example of whilst this forum is a great place, it occasionally gets very "higher than thou...." and it mainly comes from the same few select members.

People - guy may not share the same interest in bikes as you do, he may be more of a balls out rider... as opposed to a sunday afternoon dawdler.. but hes still a person.

He may not post informative pieces in IB... but what he does post normally raises a few smiles... what we dont need is all these "your a knob..." "shut up or leave" kinda posts.

Give the kid a break.









In answer to the question - they'd probably think you're a twit anyway.

I remember once sat on a bus, and a bike came past on the back wheel. Two girls sat in front of me started talking about bikers.. one said "god they look so hot and fit in those leathers riding those fast machines" the other replied "yup, but the majority are *****s when they take their helmets off though."

I'd like to add that Sid is a top bloke and I think there should be a whole forum section dedicated to Sid Squid, a shine so to speak!

Also, I don't add anything of use to this forum, but I've been here a while and I think most people ignore me now.....which is probably best as I think I just get in the way, ask Viney, I'm in his way often

but in all seriousness (which is rare for me), this web site is all very lighthearted, take nothing seriously, and worship Sid Squid.
