So, anyone taken part in clinical trials?

Why instead of using "joe public" as human guinea pigs, why dont they use paedo's, murderers n rapists...that way anything bad happens..so be it..no one would give a stuff...like in a earlier thread i said about banning fox hunting and replacing the fox with a paedo, swap the hounds for a rabid pack of snarling rotties, would make for a great afternoon oin the country side

Quality, i have thought this for a long time and think u are right , scum like paedos and the like dont deserve normal treatment, cos they aint normal (but then again define normal?)

People who dont find children sexually attractive.
People who dont kill other people for no reason other than cold blood.
People who dont force their sexual desires upon other people who dont consent to them.

I've been part of trials, but not of the elephant man variety- donated a fair amount of blood for testing new blood monitoring gear, done some trials varying delivery of existing treatments... Mostly for Beyer. But unless it was something to benefit me, there's no way I'd be part of an approval trial.

There's a common example, usually used against animal testing- if you're terminalyl ill and an experimental treatment could help that, why not be part of a trial? If I'd been around before they developed insulin therapy, I'd have been willing to be part of that trial, for instance. But unfortunately, terminally ill people often make very bad test subjects

Look.. ive told you the reason for my shirt lifting disorder.. it was that night i carried my rather "large" female work colleague on the back of my SV.
