Nairobi national park is really close to the city - about 15 mins by taxi if the roads are clear. The nearby suburbs have a big problem with leopards - they eat the local guard dogs

Camera is a Minolta Dynax 7D - unfortunately no longer in production as Minolta pulled out of making digital cameras as of a few months ago. I'm hoping to pick up some extra lenses on eBay cheaply in the coming months
Nice camera as it has built in Image Stabilisation in the body, very handy for low light shots & telephoto lenses.
Pretty robust - it was in my tank bag when I trashed the bike in France, ending up bouncing a long way down the road

A lot of the shots were taken with a 400mm lens, which is effectively 640mm on a DSLR, so the animals weren't as close as they might look . . .
