There are plenty of worse offenders on these things, causing issues for many of the locals on their roads and tey just get away with it most of the time.

how unfair to destroy the kids bike? Especialy (if its true) as he was about to go get if fixed. And if it was only lights and daytime then where is the big problem?

Overkill and a another PR disaster for the cops.

WTF!!! Who gave the courts.. MAGISTRATES COURTS.. which are just normal people who have been trained, they aint qualified.. the power to order a childs toy be destroyed!?!?!!?!?!?

You guys have obviously not be hit by a mini moto! I'm sorry but destroy them all. There are sane guys that ride them but they are few a far between. I've had to get ambulances out for guys riding them on red ash parks.

I agree though that he should have got a caution. and we need more tracks for them. We have a great track in Motherwell but the trail riders don't let the mini motos on cos they don't go fast enough. Catch 22 lives

My rear tyre lost pressure and i highsided (Yup, i kid you not, had it 2 weeks, smashed all the fairing to bits, hnec why my mini moto pics on my site change), as i came down, my friends had no-where to go, one ran straight over my head and the other over my bike.

I used a bash hat every time after than.

It did hurt, but nothing serious. I've had more pain getting cramp when stretching in bed.

i've also lost the front end and went down. But i was stupid and had a t-shirt on. My own fault. If the kids fall off and hurt themselves, its down to them not wearing the right stuff.
