Back on the low-speed vibes - I have a curvy and found that before I disabled the ignition retarder it banged like a jackhammer below 3k in 2nd and 3rd, like when you roll up to a give way line and try pulling away. TRE mod fixed it, ignition advancer (JHS) added so much more bottom end it's a problem I'll neevr see again. Excess tickover vibes sound like unbalanced carbs though. Braking vibes could be warped discs, forks not aligned quite right, or perhaps unequal air gaps in the forks. Squeaky brakes are just glazed pads - they could be new or old, can't tell without checking them out though. Take them out, if there's still enough meat on them then sand them crosswise (not too hard) and lob them back in. Squeaks should stop, but if stopping power is still crap then replace them, they're past their best.
