Meet plenty of old guys who used to ride bikes, never had any of them telling me its japcrap though. Its always fun when you tell the old boys how much power a mordern 1000cc sport bikes makes.

Always found the bike quite a good conersation stater, i only really done summer temping so it good to get noticed quickely.

On a similar vein. There are a few people in my office who laugh at me when I go off to get changed to ride home. Comments such as "I bet it takes you ages to get changed" or "I'm home in the time it takes you to get changed"

I always like to give them a cheery wave as I filter past them in their cages stuck in the huge traffic jam to get out of the estate my office is on

Group 15: "Do you know what I put out of the line of traffic to block bikes 'cos they are annoying filtering up the middle" to which the answer is, tell that to the cops when you get pulled, filtering perse is not illegal, blocking bikes has caused fatal accidents, ther offense is Dangerous Driving and I don't like tea drinkers so I laced the milk in the office fridge...oh and weren't you late this morning cos you were stuck in traffic?
