We get double pay for the day but it still sucks having to work. The only up-side of shift work is days off midweek when the roads are quieter!

Well it's the first of my 4 days off and already things are not going according to plan.

I might not make Knott End tomorrow night - have currently got a problem with my hands meaning that operating the SV's controls would be an interesting affair, now I know how Richie feels!

Also, I'd completely forgot that the MOT is due on the car, which means at least one day will be lost preparing & checking everything. Seeing as I have to work outside on the drive / pavement, sod's law dictates that it'll be the one day this week with decent weather...

So it's looking like friday might be the only day I can get out on the bike (providing the 'hands' situation improves).

Any takers for Friday?
