Back in the days....

When I was (supposed to be ) In School.

A mate of mine and myself wandered off into Liverpool city centre for the afternoon (I'm sure we've all bunked off school at some point).

And as we walked past the Empire Theatre, stretched limo pulls up...out steps

MR T

Awesome!

To which my mate shouts "Ain't gettin in no limo"..

To which we get a huge grin from Mr T himself...

Fantastic!

I vaguely remember watching A-Team when I was small. It was cool how they'll make a tank or something out of 2 bits of scrap metal and have huge explosions without killing anyone.

I remember thinking that for a "crack commando unit" they weren't very good shots !!

Got to remember it was a childrens TV program. The director wanted to keep it suitable for kids.

Hence why it was SO popular. Guns, fights, kapow and kaboom, making helicopters from 2 bits of toliet roll. It rocked.

Nowadays, we have Sponge Bob (WTF?????) and other weird programs. Garantee peopel get hurt in them as well.

It was so popular because mums loved the macho men, and there was no deaths (all bar the last epidsode where the general gets killed).
