A very obvious scam! If it's too good to be true then it normally is.

Scammers like this can often hijack other users' accounts for the purpose of selling a big ticket items.

One of the golden rules in car trading is that if you are remotely suspicious of anything then walk away. Seems to me like this applies to ebay too.
