Eeeeeaaauuueewwww.

It's very well done I grant you that. But, nah, I just don't like white on a bike. Dunno why, I just find it looks odd.
K I fear you'll not like the finished look of the whole thing as white is one of the options I'm looking at, but as I've done before I'll do something different just to see how it looks, even to the extent of not liking it myself.

And alas, I don't have your skills, I would dearly loved to have something like that red dragon you do on the archery armguard on a leather saddle, but as I say sadly it's beyond me.

Cheers Mark.

Hmmm, you've got me thinking now.

The leather I use for tooling isn't very 'stretchy' lke garment leather or some suedes...

... but it is suitable for cold water moulding, or Cuir Boille (sp?) which is how I make the armoured greaves and breastplates.

So given the right grade, I reckon it could be used and moulded round a seat, at least to the edges, then stitched to another piece of leather that would continue on underneath.

I wouldn't rely on the waterproofing of any suitable finishes though and so unless you want to be sitting on a sponge I still have the usual vinyl seat cover on underneath.

But, yeah, I reckon it's doable.

I might have to experiment with the SV or FireBlade now.

Wasn't it Kawasaki who were commissioned to build or design the engine!?

Correct me if I'm wrong!

Consider yourself corrected, It's a T5 engine.

Very Proud to be British... but I would not be so disrespectful as to put my rear end on it

I like it, but as you say it would only be fitting on a Brit bike.
