Dear Anna,

I should have added that to ensure the treatment is complete the deep soul sound of Teddy Pendergrass would be playing in the background.

"Rub me down with some hot oils baby....."

All of course part of a strict medical approach to your dilemma.

Remember getting my forehead burnt at Brands Hatch last year after having a crop for the first time in years, used the wife oil of olay to stop the skin drying out too much then got some aftersun.

Billy - fantastic idea I'll remember to keep an eye out for those when I go to bike shop next although I never want to get this burnt again!!

speedy.. nope i'm just feeling a little hot under the collar .. (or perhaps that's just the thought of PH's suggestion ... )

oh dear what have I started????

Arms and legs are the worst areas.. just in the most annoying places like the back of your knee so when you sit on the bike your leathers really hurt when they press into the back of your knee changing gear!!!! : .. and shoulders so when you put your jacket on the armour in the shoulders rub on it ...

This will teach me
