Jersey Girl was also slated (one big reason was for not having Jay and silent bob in it, but then they were the reason that Mallrats was slated ) I thought it was a great film.
All of the Kevin Smith films have been good if you watch them for what they are. I'm guessing this will be like Jay and silent Bob strike back and will throw in old characters and generally be so bad it was really quite good. I just love Chris Rock's character in that. 'Cracker!'

one of the best bits of JASBSB was the chris rock bit at the end.. "i had the idea for sesame street, i wanted to call it NWP, niggers with puppets!"
