Use it as a door stop. They aint worth that much, £10 or so.

However, a long time ago, i did sell mine for £100, but that was then, like 6 years ago

Phil,
I usually put sound clips on by uploading it to my webspace, then putting a link to it on a posting.

If you can put up pics already then I would assume you can upload your pics to some webspace already. Try to keep your sound sample short in size, use mp3 and keep it down to a few seconds.

If you cannot upload by all means sent it to me and I will host it for you.

will pm you with my email

Bit of a random thread to bring up, but its relevant to my question.

Can you re use your stock can if yuo trim the pipe to fit a race can? I might need to if fitting a can voids your wartranty. (not sure if it does )

Fitted a Micron race can on my curvy a few weeks ago, It's a bit loud for Mr plod though
Made up a sleeve at work so that i can fit the standard can back on.. just slips over the standard pipework to join it together again. I think you would be able to buy something to do the same job from a shop.

Davido,
as it is made of Stainless steel. You will have a great deal of trouble trimming it. As above, it would be best to get a collar to rejoin it to the pipe. Even welding stainless is a specialist job.

Incidentally how heavy is the stock can after removal?

I was pleased to find my entire race system weighs les than the standard headers, less the bit you chop off for a slipon
