Surely when these thieving toerags get into a stolen cage or ride a stolen bike they've given up all 'rights'.

BTW Fraser01 I wasn't having ago at the cops I'm sure they'd like a crack at the toerags too.

Er, yes.

So next time you don't want a speeding ticket, answer's simple - leave your helmet at home.

I view it like this. I work in an office. I risk RSI. If I was a bike racer, I risk falling off. If I was a burglar I risk a good kicking if caught.....

Humans have no rights, but have given themselves too many regardless. Then they get abused by the inhuman ones amongst us.

America is the worst for a litigation society - but Britain is quickly catching on.

Now if they had an exclusion clause... you do such-and-such you forfeit a level of those 'rights' it would allow the police (and others) to act in situations like this.

I remember seeing a clip on the internet of a spanish armed bank robber making his getaway on a motorcycle he had demanded.

Any body else remember seeing that??

I'm pretty sure this guy was wearing no helmet.

The spanish police let him make his getaway until a hidden undecover cop car pulled out directly in front of him sending him soaring over the handlebars and leaving the bike in a crumpled heap probably killing the bank robber.

The spanish police obviously think very differently to the boys in blue here.

Cheeky swines - riding up and down the street until the cops arrived.

My action hero thoughts would have been a big big flying coat hanger tackle and demount of the little begger as he rode the bike past.

How do you fit a trio on a Gilera anyway?

Does this mean that if we don't wear helmets on the rideout the police will leave us alone and we can all ride like nobs?
