Yes indeed - I'll be there from 11am on Saturday... for all your achey shoulders, necks, backs and wrists.

About time we had a decent range of bike kit for birds in London - do come and support Jo - she's been working really hard and the shop's looking great.

Awww....thanks.

The shop is looking even better now than when you saw it. I've kicked the fitters out, the stock is on display, and I spent an hour hovering, sweeping, then mopping the floor ( i can look forward to that task every day from now on )

Mind you, I've realised you don't need air freshener in a bike clothing shop......lovely smell of leather hits you as soon as you walk in.....oh...and I fixed the air con, so now it's a cool bikers paradise in north london.

Jo -> who's gonna have to learn to enjoy mopping

Mopping can be very theraputic after a hard days work ive found. But maybe thats just me.

Anyhoo, i'll try and drag Mrs Spidey down there Jo, she needs some trousers now and i could really do with some leather ones too as my textile ones are getting a little raggedy at the edges now.

Cheers Ness

Saturday wasn't too bad....plenty of people in, but only one of them had responded to the advertising, so people didn't seem to know it was a promotion weekend. I sold a decent amount of stuff tho (not as much as I'd hoped for.....but where's the limit on that? ).

It was one of those days were I'm sure a few of the folks who tried stuff on will be back to buy it later.

Anyway, ignoring such vulgar topics as money, I got a bunch of flowers from my folks, a GirlsBike2 cake from my two best mates, and a nice bottle of champagne from an old work colleague Oh, and to Debs and Zig - nice to meet you both at last.

Big thanks to Caroline for keeping the other-halves entertained whilst the women were shopping. Anyone who missed the Cazza massage today can pop into tomorrow for a de-stress instead, as she's doing an encore.

Jo -> v.knackered now.....but raring to go and do it all over again tomorrow

Well done Jo. Long may the success last. Sorry but Myself and Jo (Mrs Ape) will not be able to make tomorrow as planned. We are going to Bristol to pick up the little apes.

Congratulations in anycase.

I was actually looking at the Girlsbike2 website yesterday, there is some decent stuff on there......................and they even do Shoei XXS helmets in Kagayama colours which has definitely got my interest, up til now they only had that size in white or black!

I feel my credit card twitching
