I need to talk to Mogs/VB to see how we can work it.

Getting to Bristol area for 8:00am means an early start for us.

I'll be there. I'm going straight from work with some colleagues.

We're leaving Bristol at 09:00.

After a chat with Anna last night we had an idea. Might be good, might be bad, let me know.

As per my text last night if you had it, I'm not thinking of this any kind of 'meet' or rideout just thought it'd be good to perhaps meet and go together to save people getting lost.

I live in Horfield, Bristol (North Bristol. From Jct 16 of the M5 follow the A38 down towards Bristol to find it on a map).

My idea was that people could meet at my house, car's and bikes and I'll have brews on the go. If there are enough cars, and people don't mind, then lifts would be a good idea and appreciated so that we don't turn up with noisey bikes to a funeral for obvious reasons (there is a possible problem with this I'll explain shortly).

08:00 was just an idea. I have never been to Bath and don't know how long it takes, especially with this road that's been closed so idea's about times are welcome. I was thinking that if people do go on bikes they could get changed once there and throw their leathers in peoples cars so we are not sat there looking, well, not respectable really.

The other problem is that three of the people driving cars have been invited back to Dan's parents house afterwards and it would be a bit rude if the people who got a lift with them barged round or hung about outside so I was thinking either these people could go on their bikes or they could GO in the cars and then get dropped at the train station to get the train back to Bristol.

What do you think? If you have a question ring me on

OH SEVERN ATE WUN WUN TOO OH WUN OH NYNE FIIIIIIVE

Stretchie

P.S. There is room in my garage for 4 bikes I rekon, and more room around the back of the house for another 6-8, you bringing a chain? We can chain them together out the back.

Sounds like a good idea Stretchie. At least that way we all wont get lost.

I'm quite happy to tag along with this if the general consensus is to do this. If thats OK. I'll bring my car so I have room for 3 peeps in that.

I was going to turn up on the bike. But I dont like the idea of sitting there in my Leathers. I dont really want to draw attention to myself in that way.

It sounds like 08:00 is too early to set off from here.
