As stated in my first post I can't jog /speed walk it as I'd be sweating by the time I get back to the office.

I was thinking about taking my bicycle into work. But then again I'd do 30 mph on that too so it doesn't make a difference.

I always nip to the gym with my gym clothes on, jacket (open in this weather), gloves and helmet. Its still tons better than the ones who go about with nowt but a helmet and i couldnt care less if people disapprove.

Me? I'd go in shorts and t-shirt personaly in this heat.

500yrds FFS, 1st snicked into 2nd and brake and turn into gym carpark. How much can go wrong? Lots obviously.

But then you could get hit by a bus when you go get a sarnie at lunchtime so its all relative innit?

I'd put jacket and gloves on, but not leather trousers.
