Don't think so, it only states "1 pair x 24 LED Brake Light Bulbs (2 Bulbs)" and nothing about being tail lights as well.

I've seen that type of LED lamp behind a clear lens and I thought they looked carp. They just look like two blobs of red. Those particular ones also didn't have enough contrast between tail/stop.

If you want LED lamps I reckon the fir-tree type which project sideways and thus use the reflector properly are the way to go, something like from http://www.ultraleds.co.uk/automotiv...c-101_132.html
