Tracy,

This past week there has been a Harley softail with what I thought was a typically horrible noisey exhaust. It just happened that the guy on the Harley came in to the garage just as I fired mine up for the first time. He was going out on his bike, but I am pleased to report that the sound of mine drowned his out! :P

It is so nice a sound and of a level that I am not even going to entertain taking the baffles out! My pal José who came for a spin with me on his brand new R1 was a little peeved as he could not here anything of his bike when we were out hooning!

Different sound to a Termi for sure and that pleases me if I am honest. This is a more hard edged kind of sound. But yer right it looks pig ugly!

Well for a start, what have you done to that poor bike ???

What's that monstrosity under the tail section ??? The original looks so much better IMO.

Other than that, it looks very, very nice indeed. You have certainly looked after it.

(Stop being so tight and fit a Terg.....)

.
Jelster me ol mucka, if you look closely I reckon dear Peter is simply trying to make his rear end look more like our beloved 'Blade's baby brother, the 600RR.

See, he's even parked next to one for a comparison.
