Also a 525 rear sprocket for the B12 wheel. You get about 5-10mm clearance from the chain and 5-10mm clearance from the swing arm on the other side. If I hadn't got the spacers off 21QUEST I don't think I would have bothered!!!!! |

If anything the handling has got better and the stearing has quickened due to the shorter forks. All it needs now is a decent rear shock and jobs done.

Hay, first the bike it looking great!
did you have to do any mods to the swingarm to fit the B12 wheel in? i always thought that you had to do some major modding to the swingarm or even try and get a B12 swingarm in to get the when to fit?!? what sort of time scale did this take you to do everything in? i am really interested in doing the same, but at the mo the bike is the only transport i have!!! so not sure whether to wait till i have the money to get a car back on the road?!? Cheers |

Nah, it fits right in. Same deal as the GSXR1100 wheels. Might be just a tad off centre though, that's one of the things that's held me up, but otherwise... Well, brake discs are the exact same, which is nice, and it's actually lighter than an SV wheel! Far lighter than a CBR wheel too, as well as being a cosmetic match.
