Dodgy bike?

Heh well the "Ghostrider?" thing did flash across my mind which I suppose gives it a bit of a cool factor.

My Ego quickly laughed itself to death though at the thought that I could catch THAT bike

I didn't think of the track bike possability, I'm comfortable with that Hope he got home ok if that's the case, there are a LOT of cops up that part of the M1

He wasn't being incredibly subtle filtering over the speed limit but then again he wasn't, imho, being dangerous or silly either......unless you consider having to rubber neck every time you go to over-take because of a lack of wing mirrors dangeorus

Basically it was an oddity that was sitting on my mind as it's the first time I've seen something like that in my riding life and I'm still paranoid about theft after yet another attempt on my bike so yes, the what if that's stolen thing crossed my mind.

However the track bike thing seems to be more likely and my concience is now happy.
Hope he got home ok, there are a LOT of Traffic cops rolling down the slow lanes of the M1 these days.

You still have traffic cops? Down the M40 we get lot's of Highways Agency 4x4's painted up to look like traffic cars but almost never see a real police vehicle.

Those make me look twice sometimes but nope there are also a lot of actual police around, I can't remember exactly what they have on their car but I'll check next time I roll past.

I'm fairly sure it says Traffic police or something along those lines.

Seriously doubt it was stilen, they wouldn't have wanted to draw attention to themselves.

It's the same all over, HALO knobheads everywhere but very few real coppers.
I hate when people panic brake in front of me when they see one. I mean are they colour blind or what? The HALOs are yellow and black, not yellow and blue.
