Actualy, since my letcures are all at 9am (apart from teusday, 4pm!) I have to get up at 7am. Well, my alarm goes off then, my girlfreind maria gets up then, but i have to psych myself up:
"come on matt, lets go! lets get outta bed! finish this day, and its one more day closer to riding the SV!" Which normally turns into a dream about breakfast as i fall back to sleep.. Im up by 7:20am though...honest... Matt |

Eyes open? Yes. Then we shall proceed. Take a good look around you, study your environment well and ensure you are fully aware of each potential tool or aid that you have available. If you think any are lacking, either A) yell for them at everyone who could possibly hear (though not always care) or B) make no further attempt to complete your task. So, on the freakish offchance you actually have everything that is required to complete this task, we shall proceed. You now need to evaluate the state of your own personal equipment - is it Nekkid or sporting a Full Fairing? This will have an impact further on in the task. Let us now take a look at what is restraining you in your current position - the Duvet. Yes - duvet. That thing infront of you. Yes, that large (hopefully clean) cotton covered, fluffy centered protective covering. It's called a duvet. No, not duh-vet. Doo-vay... ... and no, I don't know why it's called that - seriously, it's not relevant - look, just grab it OK. No, not that - that's a pillow. The bigger one, yes. Well done. Now, do you remember what it is you have? No, don't let go of the Duvet whilst you are thinking... ... so, Nekkid or Full Fairing? OK then - if Fully Faired then fling your arm out as far as you can - releasing hold of the Duvet at the full extent of your reach. If Nekkid then hold on tight and draw up to your chin. OK, now swing your legs to one side - outwards, that's it - then down. Feet firmly on the floor? Yes, you can squiggle your toes into the carpet. So, is it cold? If it is you again have two options. Either A) yell as loud as you can for someone, anyone, to turn the heating on for you, or B) just give up now and never again attempt to complete your task. OK, so it's actually warm - thank heavens for time clocks eh. Last thing, though again, this has options and could get complicated. Do you think you are capable of standing? Yes - good. Now dig back to that primal babyhood mind of yours (so about 2 days ago), remember the actions - go on then. Stand up. Just don't forget to keep a firm hold of that Duvet if your equipment is Nekkid! Ahhh... ... right... ... well then. That's just toppling back into the bed and drawing the Duvet up and shutting you eyes. ![]() So either start reading this all over again or ask someone else. ![]() :P |
