Call me cynical, I've been called worse but seeing as the "local authorities" are not identified on that van .................................................. .....................................

don't suppose a bike thief gang could possibly get hold of their own signage for a van???

Could the van photographed have been a bike thief gang in action

The van has the genuine plates on it at least:

Which more likely makes it an above board scam.

easy scam to copy the reg plate of an identical van tho isnt it? Only after the fact will the wrong person get a visit from the cops and discover his plate has been cloned onto another van involved in a crime and he'll have to provide an alibi... and the cops are back to square 1.

I'm very dubious of this van. Looks like its trying too hard to look legit.
