Fair doos! I'm going to stick the bike in the hallway tomorrow evening and assault the tensioners. After a bit of reading it seems as though that's the first thing to check, followed by the chain. After reading the link posted by John, it might be a bit fiddly getting the tensioner back in, so make sure you lot are around tomorrow night......might be a long one

Get a set of round-headed allen keys, makes it all much easier Also, consider amputating one of your pinkies, you probably don't use them much anyway and they get in the way.

All sorted now Bike's running like a dream!! Thanks Northy for the advice last night down in Soho.........and to Mr Squid for helping with (read doing) the repair this evening

Spidey, turns out I didn't need the manual after all!!
