I think everyone's said what needs to be said
IMHO, the thou is heaver so slightly less easy to chuck about in the twisties but compared to the 650 it's 20mph faster everywhere - ie 5k revs on the 650 =65 mph, on the thou it's 85mph, except that it feels a lot slower - I have to keep glancing at the speedo to see what I'm doing. On the whole its smoother and easier to ride if anything And with 2 exhausts everyone knows you're coming past ![]() |
