Should I be running scarred?

I loved the test ride. I grinned all the 45 minutes or so. I took it real easy, as I didn't want to drop it. Picking "her" up Saturday first thing in the morning. Forecast rain ... **** . I was hoping to get on some familiar roads and get some confidence. I have 1 month before I start my new job so I have time practising before it will be my everyday transport. I have to say I am really glad I decided to get a bike. I lived 34 years without riding one and I feel I wasted my life by not doing it earlier. I am hoping to see you guys around Manchester.

Enjoy it! My tips would be take it easy in the wet, manhole covers white lines etc. can be like ice this time of year. And wrap up warm. There's 'cold' and then there's 'motorcycle cold' !

Just a soon as a get another bike after my smash last year I finally got signed off from hospital yesterday (wonky hand)... I never said they weren't dangerous but as far as i can remember a lot of fun
