Back to the topic at hand. Some how the rear brake light switch spring got over tighten, so the brake lights were always on. I don't usually stand behind the bike, so I couldn't tell, but a friend of mine was riding behind and said they were always on. So unwound the spring a little, problem solved. Thanks for everyone's help.
