Ok here goes

Build a huge business empire
(well I can dream )

Get fit enough to run a marathon
(that ones definately a dream )

Study for a degree
(I really have signed up with OU )

Get to grade 8 on the flute
(yeah riiiigggghhhtttt )

and last but not least and certainly most important, get my confidence back on the bike

I came to the conclusion last night that as much as I hate it, maybe I need to start presenting a different image to work. To that end I've resolved to start being a good employee and not indulge myself too much during the week.

OK mine are...

Cut Down in the Drinking.
put clothes away, and not leave them out on the floor.
Keep socks the right way round and not put them in the wash basket inside out.
Go to the Gym a little more and do a little more work out.
Get rid of my spare Tyre round my waist.
