today I mostly...
wired in another phone point into the kitchen,
went to Durham for the first time to visit the shops
went round the Cathedral.
eyeballed WRCsixtythree on his little blast...
put a modem in the desktop computer and got dial up on it ( in the kitchen/dinner)
put all my parents photos from there trip to New Zealand on a DVD photoslide (3rd time lucky)
tryed to stop the washing machine from leaking over the kitchen floor,
hoover'd up the gallon's of water from the last job from the said kitchen floor.
posting this from the kitchen/ dinner
so hopefully tomorrow I've have some to do as today was a little boring.

i saw my old man and took some pics of my sv after fabricating and fitting some blanks to go over the ugly holes that where left visable when i took of the rear foot rests. so i guess i did spend my day in the garage. after that he fed me and i went home to consume some more of my homebrew which it was decided was ready last friday and now im waiting for my richer housemates to get back from the pub so we continue with the drunken rampage.

Tart, I striped the bike 3-4 weeks ago and it's still in bits. I will put it back together one day....
Alright I started last night but I have a rather large bolt left over, so I better make that fit first.

I have had a great wasted day, didn't get up till lunchtime, then played GT3 on the playstation all afternoon (I stopped playing about 40 mins ago and the ends of my thumbs are still numb).

Just had a shower and got dressed as we have someone coming to look at the house.
Mrs Tricky seemed to think it would create a better impression if I wasn't wearing my pyjamas.

Well started the process of resolving the son's oil leak. Today was easy job, the rocker gasket as the head was covered in oil. Seams to be oil forming on the filter so I guess the filter might be leaking a bit.

It is due a service, so guess I will have to do that for him. filters, oil etc. Damm kids too idle to be responsible owners.

I was talking with him whilst we went for the expensive £20 rocker gasket (Damm Isuzu engines) explaining possible leak points and discovered he always sits at lights in gear with clutch depressed. No wonder he also needs a new thrust bearing.

Its been another quiet one here.

Weekend highlights...

...First alcoholic drink since NYE.

...Second alcoholic drink since NYE

...Third alcoholic drink since NYE

...guess what comes next??

...bought some new plants for the front garden and stuck them in pots. Well, the other half did the green fingered bit.

...Attempting to ***** a load of freinds for my bands myspace page (shameless plug) but gave up through boredom.

...Got the purple streak in my hair re-dyed

Yawn...time to hunt down some food.

My instructor told me not to bother finding neutral when stopping at lights/junctions I was very surprised, needless to say since passing my test I do select neutral if stopping at lights etc.
