Sorry to hear it- hope you mend up quickly. BMW drivers- scourge of the roads (along with Surrey tractor mums).

There's a thread about both subjects, but I forget where.
Thanks Baph

Yep - compensating of bad car driving by trying to get the fluck out of there, and my off on the 29th Dec on what has been decided was a SELKENT ride out :P

Oh and as for your threatened visit Baph, just let me know when

You just going to take the points and fine? Or see if you can explain your way out of it?

Avoiding an accident seems a good excuse to break the limit momentarily. If they'll believe you of course.

Have you see the camera evidence? Might show you swooping around the BM in a responsible and controlled manner... maybe.

Dont see the point in risking another 3 points and a bigger fine.

No evidence to back me up.

Maybe a letter in with the Offer when I return it on how cameras only show a moment in time, rather than the whole event as a traffic cop would have.

Dont expect to get anything back from it, but might as well point my point over.

Sorry to hear on both.

Unfotunately, I think an accompanying letter will be as much good as ****ing into the wind - and it's been very windy lately
