Dont eat "fries" at all, Chips should be cooked in dripping not that Veggie oil.

I allow myself one fast food meal of each type a year. Had my burger king on the way to the Rugby earlier in the year, so I got a KFC with my name on it sometime in next 10 months.

Drunken ones don't count though....

Don't really do fast food either, partially for similar reasons to hovi5 but mainly because its slapdash, low taste, overpriced crap. If the "food" in Mc Donalds was prepared with the same care as the ones in the pictures above the counter where then maybe I would partake a little more often. ("I do enjoy a tasty burger"). But in reality its thrown together by some pimply adolescent who really would rather be doing something else.

I have a McDonalds about once every two years to see if the quality has improved and I'm always disappointed.

I did have an Burger King Angus burger the other day which was really rather good.

All things in moderation.
