2v? do you mean 12v? if not then it needs to be charged at 12v. it really does sound like the batterys shagged, the buzzing is the starter solenoid. if you have jump leads, take the battery out, connect the positive to the terminal on the starter motor (front of the lump under rubber boot) and touch the negative onto an engine bolt. if it spins you need to look into the starter solenoid and acc wiring, if it doesnt spin its definately the battery.

well I was slow charging on the trickle charger and I thought that you were supposed to keep the voltage low on a new battery when charging it. Am I wrong or should I try a 12v charge?
btw for whoever asked before I live in Ohio / USA

Im a dumbass again I meant 2 amps / 12 volts.

One other thing I did not say is that the key is hard to turn on sometimes because the cable adjuster on the clutch is broken but I just ordered a new one. Does that control the actual safty mechanism on the bike?
If the charging voltge is not greater than the battery voltage(nominal 12v) then the battery wont charge. More likely that it will discharge. Are you sure you meant 2 volts and not 2 Amps. When the battery is charged the Current flow into the battery should be very low certainly under 2-300 milliamps. Anything higher and your battery is probably shagged and is not holding a charge.

try what i said with the jump leads, that way you will know if the battery has the power to crank the engine over, then you will know whether its the battery or something else. if you dont and go pulling the bike apart you could find it was the battery all along (been there done that )
