The tech log stuff is a giggle but QANTAS has had a very major accident, they ran off the end of the runway and deposited a 747 in a golf course

23 SEP 99 VH-OJH requiring the front of the aircraft to be rebuilt and 3 engines to be replaced, at Bangkok Intl.
Photographs can be found on airliners.net. The machine was rebuilt at great expense so that QANTAS could continue with the boast that they had never written off an aircraft.
